Sitaram Geddam,
Founder
& CEO
Sitaram started his career in Supply Chain Management at Johnson & Johnson, Somerset, NJ as a distribution analyst. In 1995 he joined the SCM division at BDM International, which was later acquired by TRW, Inc. Shortly after the acquisition, he founded 7Hills and started operations at Hyderabad primarily to provide WMS Implementation services for clients in the Asia-Pacific region. Since then, as CEO of 7Hills, he has been instrumental in the growth of the company. He is the chief architect and driving force behind the development of the eBizNET™ Supply Chain Suite and heralded for his use of the latest technologies, implementation, and software development process for SCM and e-Commerce applications. He has been working with Tier 1 SCE products for more than twelve years and has been involved in successful implementation of over twenty projects involving several Fortune 500 companies. He has played a key role in integrating the SCE products with ERP systems such as SAP AR/AP, Oracle E-Business Suite, and i2 Transportation Systems. Sitaram holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering with a concentration in MIS, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY. He has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
Bob Kennedy,
Executive Vice
President US Operations
For more than 25 years, Mr. Kennedy has planned, developed and
implemented leading edge supply chain execution systems around the
globe. Bob has been a key player in more than 100 large-scale
implementations of supply chain execution software for leading
customers in a variety of verticals, including Johnson &
Johnson,
Philips Electronics, Random House, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. He is known as a leader's leader, earning an industry reputation
for quality and a track record of successes. Among those
successes, he was a principal in the establishment of MARC Global
(Tier-1 WMS) in North and South America through the divestiture from
TRW. He also led the Sales and Services groups of MARC Global to a
position of dominance in the Pharmaceutical market segment,
successfully implementing the company's software in six of the top ten
pharmaceutical manufacturers. MARC Global earned a spot on
the
leadership quadrant of the Gartner Magic Quadrant in the first year of
operations as an independent SCE company. As part
of the
management team at 7Hills, Bob has been instrumental in growing
the company to a position of leadership in the U.S. and India.
G. Srinivas Naidu, Executive Director & COO / CFO
Srinivas holds a masters degree in Business Administration from Marshall University, WV and a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Mysore University. He is actively involved in managing the day-to-day operations of 7Hills in Hyderabad. He is also responsible for all financial management at 7Hills. He has over 12 years of experience in distribution and manufacturing operations for multi-national companies like Novartis and has been involved in implementations of financial and accounting systems.
Sudhir Nair, Director
Sudhir worked at Chemical Bank as an Investment Analyst in New
York
and was later associated with Citibank in Mumbai and Chennai. He holds
an MBA degree from Case Western Reserve University and a degree in
Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University. He plays a key
role in defining strategy and business development for 7Hills.
Tom Lee, Director of Operations (Americas)
For the past twelve years Tom Lee has focused his supply chain experiences on the implementation of supply chain execution systems on both a national and international level in many industries including Pharmaceutical and Third Party Logistics (3PL). In 1995, Tom joined the SCM division at BDM International, which was later acquired by TRW, Inc. There he was responsible for overseeing successful implementations at Merck and Co and GlaxoSmithKline, as well as others in the automotive parts, manufacturing (durable goods) and food industries. Tom served as the primary point of contact for the pharmaceutical industry, in which MARC dominated the market, possessing 6 of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies. Tom is also experienced in the area of government regulations (FDA/DEA) pertaining to computer software validation. Tom holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.

Seshasayanan Pratap, Corporate Strategy
Sesha has nearly 20 years of experience working with software startups and entrepreneurs, primarily in the areas of product and go-to-market strategies. Sesha also works with early stage companies on developing business plans and raising investor capital.
Sesha was a co-founder of Centerline Software, a successful UNIX software development tools company. After Centerline, he worked with a number of software startups developing internet applications for the professional and enterprise market. Sesha also spent several years working with Opera Solutions, a management consulting firm in NYC, where he specialized in turnarounds of technology companies
Sesha has been a board member of Centerline Software, Brixton Systems (acquired), Assembla, Inc., Massachusetts Software and Technology Council and the Object Management Group.
Sesha is an honors graduate of Harvard University.
